• Winter bookings can be made at any time.
• Rock Creek Ski Club weekly booking times are from Saturday 10 am to Saturday 10 am. If you arrive prior to 10 am, luggage can be left in the rear winter access.
• Payment in full is required within two weeks of making your booking. Your booking is only confirmed when all monies have been received.
• Two weeks before your holiday starts, you will be sent an information pack and a lodge key. The information pack contains further details about the lodge and how it operates.
• You will need to take with you:
  • Sheets and pillow slips
  • Towels and bath mats
  • Kitchen tea towels
  • ALL food & alcohol
  • Personal toiletries
• When departing we ask that the lodge be left in a clean and tidy state and that absolutely NO food be left.
• The lodge can only be booked on a weekly basis during winter ski months.
• During this time the lodge must be booked Saturday through Saturday (excluding the long weekends). However in summer and non-ski season times, this restriction does not apply
